About First Canadian

Basic Materials · OTC Link

First Canadian Graphite Inc. is a critical minerals exploration company focused on graphite resources in Québec, Canada. The company’s principal asset is the Berkwood graphite project, located near the western shore of Lac Tétépisca in the Tétépisca Graphite District. Its business is centered on mineral exploration, resource expansion, and development work for high-grade graphite, a material used in energy-transition and advanced-technology supply chains.

The Berkwood project includes graphite mineralization exposed and sampled at surface across multiple locations. Exploratory diamond drilling has defined an NI 43-101 compliant resource at Zone 1 consisting of 1.76 million tonnes indicated at 17% Cg and an additional 1.53 million tonnes inferred at 16.4% Cg. The property also includes additional anomalies with outcropping graphite that support the company’s continuing exploration focus.

First Canadian Graphite expanded its land position in early 2026 and controls approximately 167 square kilometers in the Tétépisca Graphite District. The company describes its work as advancing resource expansion and progressing the Berkwood project toward preliminary economic assessment work. Its operating profile is that of an exploration-stage mineral issuer rather than a graphite producer.

The company’s listed securities include common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol FCI. On the OTC Market, the company’s common shares changed ticker symbol from GBMIF to GRAPF effective April 7, 2026, making GBMIF the prior OTC trading symbol for the same issuer.
