Rhea AI SMID FY2025

Scale is now converting into operating leverage, with margin expansion, stronger cash conversion, and a less debt-dependent balance sheet.

Operating margin widened from 12.6% in FY2024 to 18.2% in FY2025 while SG&A declined in dollars, indicating incremental sales were absorbed without proportional overhead. Operating cash flow rose to $14.3M while free cash flow turned positive despite substantial capital expenditures, so accounting improvement was accompanied by cash generation after reinvestment.

Balance-sheet expansion reached $87.7M of assets alongside $54.3M of equity, meaning growth was funded more by accumulated capital than by rising leverage. Debt-to-equity eased to 0.6x and the current ratio climbed to 3.4x, pairing lower financing dependence with greater short-term coverage.

Profit quality improved: net margin rose from 9.8% in FY2024 to 13.4% in FY2025, showing profit growth outpaced revenue growth. Free cash flow margin moved from -1.3% to 5.3%, indicating the stronger earnings profile was not solely non-cash.
