(NYSE: AGRO), a leading sustainable production company in South America, announced its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend distribution of $17.5 million that represents approximately $0.1740 per share considering outstanding shares as of today, to shareholders of the Company of record at close of business on November 12, 2024, and payable on November 27, 2024.
This dividend distribution is the second of a two-tranche cash dividend payable in two installments. The first installment was paid on May 29, 2024, in an equal cash amount, resulting in an annual cash dividend of $35 million.
