GREENWICH, Conn., May 01, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Battery Materials, Inc. (OTC Pink: BLTH) (“ABM”, the “Company”), an environmentally responsible minerals exploration and development company focused on direct lithium extraction and other critical minerals for the global energy transition, today announced that FINRA has completed the processing of the Company’s name change to American Battery Materials, Inc. Effective at the open of trading on May 1, 2023, the Company's common stock will trade on the OTC Pink tier of OTC Markets under the ticker symbol “BLTH”. The Company's previous ticker was “BOXS”. There will be no change to the Company’s CUSIP number, and no action is required by the Company’s shareholders as a result of the stock symbol change.
