A Form 6-K is a report that companies listed in certain countries file to provide important updates, such as financial results, corporate changes, or other significant information, to regulators and investors. It functions like an official company update or news release, helping investors stay informed about developments that could affect their investment decisions.

A consolidated balance sheet shows a parent company’s and its subsidiaries’ combined assets, liabilities and shareholders’ equity at a specific date, presented as if they were a single economic unit. An unaudited consolidated balance sheet has not yet been examined and verified by an independent external auditor, so it provides a timely snapshot of financial position but may contain errors or provisional estimates that an audit could later adjust, like a family’s combined budget before an accountant reviews it.
