(TSXV: CKG) (OTCQX: CHPGF) ("Chesapeake" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the second extension of its exploration agreement for the Metates property, with the local Community of San Juan de Camarones ("Community"), located in the Municipality of Santiago Papasquiaro, Durango, Mexico. The extension adds an additional five years to the original agreement signed in May 2018, now until October 2030.
