As reported in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed today, at the Annual Meeting, the Company's stockholders elected K. W. ("K.D.") Diepholz, Dr. Quinton Hennigh, Brent Omland, Rohan Hazelton, Maria Virginia Anzola and Dale G. Petrini to serve as Class I Directors and Philip A. Rose to serve as the Class II Director until the next annual meeting of stockholders and until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified, or until their earlier death, resignation or removal.
