Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

"role of ontologies in LLM automation"
A large language model (LLM) is an advanced computer system trained on vast amounts of written text to understand and generate human-like language, similar to a very fast, well-read assistant that can summarize documents, draft messages, or answer questions. Investors care because LLMs can speed up research, automate customer support, and reduce costs, while also creating new product opportunities and risks around accuracy, bias, and regulatory oversight that can affect a company’s performance.

Two-day conference features keynotes, customer showcases, hands-on masterclasses, and industry tracks for Healthcare and for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- eGain (NASDAQ: EGAN), the AI knowledge platform for customer engagement and employee productivity, today unveiled the full agenda and speaker lineup for Solve26, its premier conference for AI, customer experience (CX), and knowledge management (KM) leaders, taking place next week, October 13–14, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Chicago. The finalized program brings together practitioners, executives, and industry experts around a single theme: building the trusted knowledge foundations that enterprise AI depends on.

Across two days, Solve26 will feature keynotes, customer showcases, hands-on masterclasses, and technical deep-dives. Day 1 will center on keynotes and customer stories — including sessions such as “Knowledge is the Instruction for AI” and the role of ontologies in LLM automation — while Day 2 will turn to practitioner tracks including AI Knowledge Ops, Agentic Studio and AI Agents, and AI Knowledge Engineering, plus industry-specific programming for Healthcare and for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance.

Featured speakers will include eGain chairman and CEO Ashu Roy, Frank Coyle of UC Berkeley, alongside customer leaders from Country Financial, Healthfirst, Rogue Credit Union, Worldpay/Global Payments, Florida Blue, and Philip Morris International, who will share how they are operationalizing knowledge for AI across customer service and operations.

“Every enterprise is now investing in AI, and the hardest part isn’t the model — it’s the trusted knowledge underneath it,” said Ashu Roy, chairman and CEO of eGain. “Solve26 brings together the people doing this work so they can learn what AI-ready knowledge really takes from the organizations that are already getting it right.”

Day 1 will also feature a session by Amy Machado, Research Director at IDC, on enterprise knowledge management maturity. In the underlying study of 520 organizations, 95% are now “evaluating, piloting, or actively running AI within their KM processes,” yet the payoff is uneven — “on every business impact metric … leaders report roughly 2X improvement” over laggards.
