Justin Boxford will assume the newly established role of Global President, Luxury Beauty Brands, expanding his portfolio to include La Mer alongside Estée Lauder, AERIN, Darphin Paris and Lab Series.

Justin brings extensive experience with La Mer, having led the brand from 2017 to 2022 before assuming leadership of Estée Lauder. During his tenure, he expanded and diversified La Mer’s product portfolio, strengthened its luxury architecture and advanced the brand’s presence across digital and omnichannel platforms. Today, La Mer is the number one luxury skin care brand in the world. In his expanded role, Justin will lead the La Mer team as it builds on the strong foundation established by Sandra and guides the brand into its next chapter.

Erica Kwok will be appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of Estée Lauder, the Company’s flagship brand, whose portfolio spans luxury skin care, makeup and fragrance and reaches consumers in more than 150 countries.

With more than 20 years of beauty industry experience, including 15 years with the Estée Lauder brand, Erica brings a strong combination of strategic vision, operational excellence and global market expertise to the role. She joined the Global Brand from Asia/Pacific in 2021 and, over the past several years, has led Marketing, Product Development and Global Growth in an expanded role, helping to create a more integrated approach across the brand’s key growth drivers. She also played a pivotal role in recent launches, including Double Wear and Glimmer. Erica will partner closely with Justin as she leads Estée Lauder into its next chapter.

Magalie Parksuwan will continue as Senior Vice President and General Manager, La Mer, reporting directly to Justin. In addition, she will oversee Darphin Paris and Lab Series, supporting Pierre-Olivier Garcin, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Darphin Paris and Lab Series.

Magalie brings extensive experience building global luxury brands across skin care, fragrance and makeup, as well as a deep understanding of consumers and distribution channels across key markets. Her strategic acumen, creativity and passion for luxury will position her to lead La Mer into its next phase of growth while further strengthening Darphin Paris and Lab Series globally.

“These appointments reflect the exceptional strength of our leadership bench and our deep commitment to developing world-class talent from within,” said Jane Hertzmark Hudis, Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer, The Estée Lauder Companies. “Justin, Erica and Magalie each bring distinctive expertise, proven leadership and a deep passion for our brands. Together, they will build on the strong foundations of these businesses, drive continued growth and innovation, and position our brands for long-term success.”
