(OTCQB: ENZN) (“Enzon” or the “Company”), today announced that it has commenced an exchange offer (the “Offer”) involving its Series C Non-Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series C Preferred Stock”) identified in the Prospectus/Consent Solicitation/Offer to Exchange (as defined below) in connection with Enzon’s previously announced merger with Viskase Companies, Inc.
