(TSX: EQX, NYSE American: EQX) (“Equinox Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors (“Board”) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.015 per common share of the Company, payable on June 5, 2026 to shareholders of record as at the close of business on the record date of May 21, 2026.

The dividend is designated as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
