Same-Store Property Cash Net Operating Income (“NOI”), excluding lease termination fees, increased
5.5% year-over-year. The first quarter change was primarily attributed to increases in base rent and tenant reimbursement income, as well as approximately of first quarter 2026 non-recurring items, which predominately consisted of lease modification revenue and net insurance recoveries. These increases to cash NOI were partially offset by operating expense increases. Adjusted for the previously noted non-recurring items, Same-Store Property Cash NOI increased by$3.0 million 1.3% . -
