Goldman Sachs selected Abdelkader as one of 100 entrepreneurs from multiple industries to be honored at the two-day event. With experience ranging from Wall Street to early-stage startups, Abdelkader is a highly skilled engineer and the heart of VGS. Prior to founding VGS, Abdelkader was CTO and co-founder of Balanced Payments (exited to Stripe). Before that, he designed automated product matching systems at Milo.com (acquired by eBay) and built high-frequency trading systems for Wachovia Securities, now a part of Wells Fargo.
