From 22 June 2026 up to and including 26 June 2026 a total of 135,238 shares were repurchased on exchange at an average price of € 72.66. During the same period, 169,768 shares were repurchased from Heineken Holding N.V.

Up to and including 26 June 2026, a total of 4,522,361 shares were repurchased under the second tranche of the share buyback programme for a total consideration of € 311,913,182 (including shares repurchased from Heineken Holding N.V.).
