“In my 17 years conducting auction sales, seldom does the auction world see plants this clean and nice – it’s unbelievable what we have for sale,” said David Barkoff, Senior Vice President of Heritage Global Partners. “There is something here for nearly every level of buyer, from major production lines for large-scale manufacturers and fabricators to individual machines for smaller operators and hobbyists. For companies looking to add substantial capacity, replace machinery or expand existing operations, the sales offer multiple entry points depending on their production needs. We expect strong global interest from cabinet and millwork manufacturers, furniture producers, countertop fabricators and more.”
“With two large facilities located down the street from each other, each with its own closing date, buyers can be very strategic in how they plan their inspections, select the right machines and approach their bidding,” said Lachlan Jackson, Director of Business Development at Heritage Global Partners. “The scheduled previews at both plants will give interested buyers an opportunity to see the sheer magnitude of the offering firsthand and evaluate the assets across both locations.”
Onsite preview: Sept. 14 and Sept. 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. EDT.
