Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Broker-first marketplace brings submission intake, market routing, quote comparison and case tracking into one coordinated process.

STUART, Fla., Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Health In Tech, Inc. (Nasdaq: HIT) ("Health In Tech" or the "Company"), an AI-enabled InsurTech platform company, today announced the next release of HitRix, a broker-first, AI-powered environment for placing self-funded medical stop-loss health insurance. Built on the Company's eDIYBS platform, HitRix enables brokers to market a single group to multiple carriers with one click, then follow every proposal, compare it and bind it from one dashboard. This streamlined process replaces the disconnected inboxes, spreadsheets and portals that have long slowed stop-loss placement.

A Clearer Path Through Complex Placements

Placing stop-loss cases has traditionally meant rekeying the same claims and census data into carrier after carrier, then waiting days for each submission to clear intake. HitRix collapses that work into a single step. A broker drags their data into the eDIYBS system, and HitRix's document intelligence then parses it into one consistent, structured submission within a couple of minutes – the same format every time, so the errors and rework that often come from reformatting for each market simply don't occur.

HitRix organizes the case around a structured record that carries information from initial intake through placement. Brokers can manage submissions, track market activity and review the status of each opportunity from one place, reducing the operational gaps that can slow a case or make its history difficult to follow.

Turning Documents into Decision-Ready Comparisons

HitRix uses AI-assisted document intelligence to ingest claims-related information from PDF, Word and Excel files and organize relevant fields for review. The platform is designed to identify premiums, deductibles, laser clauses, contract terms and other quote provisions while keeping human review in the process before information moves forward.

Once quotes are received, brokers can compare options side-by-side using the terms that shape the placement decision. Branded comparison documents give brokers a clearer way to present the trade-offs to clients, support renewal conversations and move from raw carrier documents to a more consistent decision view without rebuilding the analysis for every market response.

Because every message, document and decision moves through the platform itself, communication and the data attached to it live in one place, giving brokers and market partners a single, secure point of access.

After submission, the broker sets timers and watches a customized dashboard that shows the live status of every group. Structured submissions also give managing general underwriters ("MGUs") and underwriters richer context at intake and clearer visibility into which cases are under review and how each is progressing, so the entire chain works from the same information and cases move without the follow-up gaps that frequently stall them. The same dashboard also tells brokers how they are performing on a variety of measures that matter to them: how competitive each carrier is on their groups, where they win most often, and how they stack up against other brokers and carriers in their market.

As proposals come back, HitRix receives and aligns them through a built-in comparison tool so that a broker can weigh those proposals against one another without rebuilding a spreadsheet for each market response. The broker decides how to view the field through customizable "widgets" – ranking on maximum cost, on premium alone, or on whatever term shapes the placement decision – and can switch between those views with a click. The result is a consistent, decision-ready comparison the broker can put in front of an employer client to explain the trade-offs clearly and support the renewal conversation.

Keeping Brokers and Market Partners Aligned

HitRix is designed to route cases to participating MGUs and underwriters based on stated appetite and other relevant case criteria. More structured submissions give market partners stronger context at intake, while brokers gain better visibility into which cases are under review, where follow-up is needed and how each response is progressing.

Status tracking, service-level visibility, case-based communication and documented decline reasons help keep the parties working from the same information. Each quote decline and placement creates a traceable activity record that can support accountability and improve future routing logic.

The broker remains at the center of the relationship. HitRix provides the structure behind the case so brokers can spend more time evaluating options, advising employer clients and defending the placement strategy, while MGUs and underwriters receive cases in a format designed to support more efficient review.
