Crow Holdings and Hilton Announce $100 Million Renovation and Long-Term Management Agreement for Iconic Hilton Anatole in Dallas
First developed by Trammell Crow in 1979, Hilton Anatole has been a centerpiece of Dallas’s skyline and culture for more than four decades. The 52-acre property features 1,610 guest rooms, two grand atriums, Asian art and sculpture from the Crow family collection, expansive meeting and event spaces, nine restaurants and bars, and the exclusive JadeWaters water park. Over the years, the Anatole has hosted presidents, dignitaries, and millions of guests.
Hilton Anatole will undergo a comprehensive renovation set to take place through 2028. Updates to the 718 guestrooms in the Tower were recently completed, and the next phase will include renovations to the 899 guestrooms in the Atrium and 600,000 square feet of meeting and event space, as well as enhanced food and dining options and other capital expenditures.
