HONEYWELL APPOINTS MARC STEINBERG TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) has appointed Marc Steinberg, a Partner at Elliott Investment Management, to its Board of Directors as an independent Director and Audit Committee member, effective May 31, 2025. Steinberg, who brings extensive financial expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, and M&A, currently serves on the boards of Etsy, Pinterest, and other companies.
