Godfrey starred on Netflix's "Selling the City," while the Holmes Team brings additional strength to the fold

NEW YORK, Sept. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Warburg (CBW), the premier brokerage that's been at the forefront of New York luxury real estate for more than 100 years, is pleased to announce that agents Abigail Godfrey and The Holmes Team, comprising Charles Holmes and Evita Lasasso, are joining the firm. The three arrive shortly after Coldwell Banker Warburg's announcement that two leading teams from Elegran Real Estate had moved to the company. In all, more than two dozen agents and brokers have recently come to CBW from Elegran and other leading brokerages.

"We are thrilled to welcome The Holmes Team and Abigail Godfrey to Coldwell Banker Warburg. Charles and his team bring an impressive track record and deep client trust that strengthens our firm's position in the market," said Kevelyn Guzman, Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Warburg. "Abigail, joining the Asset Advisory Team, represents the type of next-generation talent we're proud to support: she's driven, sharp, and ready to make her mark. They embody the spirit of growth and excellence that defines CBW, and we're excited to see their impact."

Godfrey joins CBW from Douglas Elliman and was featured on Netflix's "Selling the City." The platform helped broaden her network and grow her book of business, which she's now proud to bring to Coldwell Banker Warburg. With lifetime sales totaling nearly $17 million, Godfrey notably helped sell Gramercy Park's historic "Little House" property, which has been home to many notable families and businesses, during the spring of 2025. She will join the Asset Advisory Team, which recently moved to CBW and comprises agents with combined lifetime sales of more than a quarter billion dollars.

"I have been blown away by the level of expertise and commitment to integrity that I have found at Coldwell Banker Warburg. There is true value found in a brokerage with global luxury backing that still feels like a family," Godfrey said. "What drew me to the Asset Advisory Team, beyond their impressive resume, is their commitment to honesty and integrity. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience on 'Selling the City,' and I am thankful for the opportunity to boost my presence as a real estate agent in New York City. The show helped my business tremendously, and now I am thrilled to provide my clients with the exceptional services of CBW."

Holmes brings three decades of experience in global equities management at Oppenheimer & Co. to CBW, as well as experience selling Manhattan co-ops, condos, townhouses, and new developments. Lasasso arrives at CBW with experience working in the PR, finance, fashion, and tech industries. The Holmes Team, overall, has amassed a lifetime sales volume of more than $100 million.

"The move to CBW was a very simple decision to make. It's a boutique brokerage, but offers national brand international scale with offices around the world," said Holmes. "The Coldwell Banker Warburg office in New York has a deep and experienced management team providing outstanding support for their agents."
