(TSX, NYSE American: HSLV) (“Highlander Silver” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that all matters presented for approval at the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders held yesterday, as more particularly set out in the Company’s Management Information Circular dated May 12, 2026, have been approved.
