Howmet Aerospace (NYSE:HWM) announced executive leadership changes on October 22, 2025. Longtime Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Ken Giacobbe will retire effective December 31, 2025 after 21 years with the company and will serve as special advisor from December 1–31, 2025. Effective December 1, 2025, Patrick Winterlich will join as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Winterlich most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Hexcel, where he held roles since 1998 and became CFO in 2017.
