STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III), a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm, today announced it has been recognized as one of India’s Best Workplaces for Women for 2025 by the Great Place To Work® Institute.

The ISG Center of Excellence in Bangalore, India, where more than 600 employees provide critical services to ISG clients, was named one of only 200 organizations in India recognized for excellent people practices and for crafting a “High Trust Culture.”

ISG India has also been Great Place To Work Certified™ for six consecutive years, recognized for delivering a consistently positive employee experience that drives business growth.

To earn recognition as one of India’s Best Workplaces for Women, at least 10 percent of an organization’s workforce must be women, and the business must receive a minimum of 70 percent positive feedback from women employees on the Trust Index™ assessment, the proprietary Great Place To Work research framework used to measure employee experience.

“We are honored to have earned our second certification as one of the best workplaces for women by the Great Place To Work Institute, the global authority on workplace culture,” said Michael P. Connors, chairman and CEO of ISG. “Nearly half our employees in India are women. Our firm and our clients have benefited in countless ways from their talent, innovation, achievements and ideas.”

ISG has long been an advocate for the advancement of women in the technology sector. The firm established the ISG Women in Digital community in 2018 as a platform to exchange practical advice and innovative ideas on diversity and advancement in the workplace. The annual ISG Women in Digital Awards program, recognizing women and their achievements in technology roles, named 536 global finalists in 2025 and announced the 2025 winners for Asia Pacific and India on September 11. In addition to the ISG Women in Digital Awards, the community hosts a LinkedIn page, a LinkedIn Live video series and regular events for ISG employees and the greater IT and business services industry.

“Women at ISG are key leaders, researchers and advisors who help our clients achieve business excellence,” said Vishwakumar Nandagopal, chief business leader, ISG India operations. “We are delighted that our work to create an environment where women feel valued and inspired has been recognized with the Best Workplaces for Women certification.”
