Key Terms

ontology technical
An ontology is an organized map of concepts and the rules that show how pieces of information are related, so different systems and people can understand the same thing the same way. For investors, it matters because a clear map makes it easier to compare companies, automate analysis, spot inconsistencies, and meet reporting or regulatory requirements—think of it as a consistent filing system that helps turn messy data into reliable decisions.
ai agents technical
AI agents are computer programs designed to perform tasks or make decisions automatically, often by learning from data and adapting to new information. They act like virtual assistants or robots that can handle complex activities without human intervention, which can help businesses and individuals save time and improve efficiency. For investors, AI agents matter because they can enhance decision-making and automate processes that influence markets and financial outcomes.
ai lifecycle management technical
AI lifecycle management is the ongoing process of building, testing, deploying and monitoring artificial intelligence models so they keep working correctly and safely over time. For investors, it's like the maintenance schedule for a machine: good lifecycle management reduces the risk that an AI product will fail, produce bad results, or face regulatory trouble, which helps protect revenue, reputation and the value of a company’s technology investments.
customer experience (cx) technical
Customer experience (CX) is the overall impression and feelings a person has when interacting with a business or service, much like how a customer feels after visiting a store or using an app. It includes every touchpoint, from browsing to purchasing and support, shaping their satisfaction and loyalty. For investors, strong CX often indicates a company's ability to attract and retain customers, which can lead to long-term success.

Upcoming ISG Provider Lens® report will evaluate providers enabling enterprises to realize maximum value from Palantir’s platforms

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III), a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm, has launched a research study examining providers across the Palantir ecosystem and assessing their capabilities in consulting, implementation, operations and AI-driven analytics for organizations using the company’s data platforms.

The study results will be published in a comprehensive ISG Provider Lens® report, called Palantir Ecosystem Partners, scheduled to be released in July 2026. The report will cover companies offering Palantir implementation, engineering and operational services, including integration of AI modeling, ontology development and operational deployment.

Enterprise buyers will be able to use information from the report to evaluate their current vendor relationships, potential new engagements and available offerings, while ISG advisors use the information to recommend providers to the firm’s buy-side clients.

As organizations accelerate AI adoption, they increasingly view Palantir as an AI operating system that unifies data, analytics and intelligent workflows. Palantir’s core transformative platforms, including Foundry, Gotham, Apollo and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP), enable enterprises to integrate data at scale while embedding governance, reasoning and transparency directly into operational decision-making. Enterprises are turning to Palantir ecosystem partners to design ontologies, build AI agents and deploy contextual intelligence across industries.

“Palantir has established itself as a leading operational AI platform, enabling enterprises to embed AI directly into mission-critical workflows,” said Namratha Dharshan, chief business leader at ISG. “Partners within the Palantir ecosystem play a critical role in helping enterprises scale AI securely, integrate complex data environments and deliver measurable business outcomes.”

ISG has distributed surveys to approximately 40 providers. Working in collaboration with ISG’s global advisors, the research team will produce two quadrants representing the Palantir services that the typical enterprise is buying, based on ISG’s experience working with its clients. The two quadrants are:

  • Palantir AI Implementation and Engineering Services, evaluating providers that offer Palantir implementation services in Foundry and AIP environments across industries. These providers guide enterprises in defining Palantir adoption strategies and identifying the right use cases.
  • Palantir Managed and Operational Excellence Services, assessing providers that manage and optimize Palantir environments for sustained performance, governance and scalability. They offer services that include continuous monitoring, version upgrades, data-quality validation and AI lifecycle management.

The study will cover the global Palantir ecosystem and examine products and services available worldwide. ISG analyst Gowtham Kumar Sampath will serve as the author of the report.

A list of identified providers and vendors and further details on the study are available in this digital brochure. Companies not listed as Palantir ecosystem partners can contact ISG and ask to be included in the study.

All 2026 ISG Provider Lens® evaluations feature expanded customer experience (CX) data that measures actual enterprise experience with specific provider services and solutions, based on ISG’s continuous CX research.
