Key Terms

property and casualty (P&C) technical
Property and casualty (P&C) insurance covers risks related to damage to or loss of physical property, such as homes, cars, or businesses, as well as liability for injuries or damage caused to others. It matters to investors because companies in this sector earn premiums by providing protection, and their financial health depends on managing these risks effectively. Well-performing P&C firms can offer stable income streams and resilience in changing economic conditions.
cloud-based platform technical
A cloud-based platform is a service that delivers software and data storage over the internet, allowing users to access and use applications from any device with an internet connection. It works like a virtual workspace hosted online, eliminating the need for physical servers or software installed on individual computers. For investors, it often indicates a company's reliance on modern, scalable technology that can reduce costs and improve flexibility.
AI-driven accelerators technical
AI-driven accelerators are advanced computer programs that use artificial intelligence to speed up the development and improvement of new technologies or products. They function like a turbocharger for innovation, helping companies bring ideas to market faster and more efficiently. For investors, they represent powerful tools that can enhance growth and competitiveness in rapidly evolving industries.
insurance value chain technical
The insurance value chain describes all the steps involved in creating, selling, and managing insurance policies, from developing coverage options to processing claims and providing customer service. It’s similar to a production line, where each stage adds value to ensure that individuals and businesses are protected against risks. Understanding this chain helps investors evaluate how efficiently an insurance company operates and its potential for long-term success.
quadrant technical
A quadrant is a way of dividing a space or set of options into four parts, much like splitting a cake into four slices. In investing, it helps organize different types of opportunities or risks into categories, making it easier to analyze and compare them. This approach allows investors to see where they might want to focus their attention based on different combinations of factors.
customer experience (CX) data technical
Customer experience (CX) data is information collected about how customers interact with a business, including their feedback, preferences, and behaviors. It helps companies understand what customers like or dislike, similar to how a store manager notices which products are popular or which areas need improvement. For investors, analyzing CX data reveals how well a company meets customer needs, which can indicate its future success and growth potential.
ecosystem services technical
Ecosystem services are the natural benefits that the environment provides to humans, such as clean water, air, pollination of crops, and climate regulation. These services support economic activity and human well-being, much like how a well-maintained park or garden offers shade and beauty. For investors, protecting these natural benefits can be crucial, as their loss can lead to financial risks and increased costs.

Upcoming ISG Provider Lens® report will evaluate providers with strong capabilities in delivering and improving Duck Creek insurance platform implementations

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III), a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm, has launched a research study examining service providers that help insurers implement and enhance the Duck Creek property and casualty (P&C) insurance platform.

The study results will be published in a comprehensive ISG Provider Lens® report, called Duck Creek Services Ecosystem, scheduled to be released in April 2026. The report will cover companies offering Duck Creek ecosystem services.

Enterprise buyers will be able to use information from the report to evaluate their current vendor relationships, potential new engagements and available offerings, while ISG advisors use the information to recommend providers to the firm’s buy-side clients.

Duck Creek provides a cloud-based platform that helps P&C insurers respond to rising product demands, the limits of legacy systems and the need for faster updates. Its provider ecosystem plays a central role in deploying the platform, moving insurers off older systems, improving quality and supporting smoother operations. The providers increasingly use AI-driven accelerators to speed up configuration and testing work and improve the accuracy of system setup and data migration.

“Duck Creek provides a strong foundation for modernizing core systems,” said Aman Munglani, senior director and principal analyst at ISG. “Service providers complement this with structured delivery frameworks and emerging AI accelerators that enhance efficiency and platform resilience.”

ISG has distributed surveys to 19 Duck Creek ecosystem providers. Working in collaboration with ISG’s global advisors, the research team will produce one quadrant representing the typical Duck Creek services enterprises are buying, based on ISG’s experience working with its clients. The quadrant is:

  • Duck Creek Services, evaluating providers’ capabilities in delivery, management and modernization of Duck Creek implementations across the insurance value chain. The providers are assessed on their ability to implement Duck Creek modules, manage integrations and ensure stability in production.

A geographically focused report from the study will cover the global Duck Creek services market and examine products and services available globally. ISG analyst Manav Deep Sachdeva will serve as author of the report.

A list of identified providers and vendors and further details on the study are available in this digital brochure. Companies not listed as Duck Creek service providers can contact ISG and ask to be included in the study.

All 2025 ISG Provider Lens® evaluations feature expanded customer experience (CX) data that measures actual enterprise experience with specific provider services and solutions, based on ISG’s continuous CX research. Enterprise customers wishing to share their experience about a specific provider or vendor are encouraged to complete this online survey. Participants will receive a copy of this report in return for their feedback.
