Upcoming ISG Provider Lens® reports will evaluate providers supporting supply chain modernization, orchestration, risk management
The study comes as enterprises face mounting pressure to improve supply chain resilience. The results will be published in a series of comprehensive ISG Provider Lens® reports, called Supply Chain Services, scheduled to be released in September 2026. The reports will cover companies offering supply chain operations, intelligent orchestration, control tower capabilities, risk management, resilience and compliance services.
Enterprise buyers will be able to use the reports’ insights to evaluate their current vendor relationships, identify potential new engagements and compare available offerings. ISG advisors will use the research to guide clients through increasingly complex transformation and platform investment decisions.
Global supply chains are undergoing structural change as enterprises respond to ongoing economic volatility, geopolitical disruption, regulatory requirements and advances in AI. To improve continuity, visibility and control across multi-tier supply networks and partner ecosystems, organizations are building coordinated, end-to-end service models that enable real-time decision-making and risk management.
“Enterprises are rethinking supply chains as integrated, intelligent systems that continuously adapt to disruption and uncertainty,” said Namratha Dharshan, chief business leader, ISG. “Providers with AI-driven modernization, orchestration and risk management capabilities are becoming critical strategic partners in building responsive operations.”
ISG has distributed surveys to more than 90 supply chain service providers. In collaboration with ISG’s global advisors, the research team will evaluate the provider landscape and produce three quadrants reflecting the supply chain services enterprises are prioritizing, based on ISG’s experience working with its clients. The three quadrants are:
- Supply Chain Operations Modernization Services, evaluating providers that modernize supply chain operating models by redesigning processes, data structures and decision frameworks and enabling new planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and after-sales capabilities.
- Intelligent Supply Chain Orchestration and Control Tower Services, assessing providers that enable real-time coordination across planning, logistics, inventory and partner ecosystems using AI and automation.
- Supply Chain Risk, Resilience and Compliance Services, covering providers that help enterprises identify, assess and manage risks while ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term continuity across supply networks.
Geographically focused reports from the study will cover the global supply chain services market and examine products and services available in
