The St. Joe Company Has Been Recognized as the 2023 Multi-brand Developer of the Year in the Hilton Americas Development Awards

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) (“St. Joe” or the “Company”) announces it has been recognized as the “Multi-Brand Developer of the Year” in the 2023 Hilton Americas Development Awards. The annual awards recognize the achievements of owners, development partners and hotel teams in the Americas across several categories. St. Joe was selected for this award in recognition of the opening of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort and the Home2 Suites by Hilton Santa Rosa Beach in 2023.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort began welcoming guests in April 2023. The 255-suite resort is located in the popular Pier Park shopping and entertainment district with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico available from each of its five floors. Since its opening, guests have been treated to the resort’s gulf-view pool complex and multiple restaurants. Vue 55, the fifth-floor open-air event venue, has hosted numerous private events as well as a daily cocktail reception.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Santa Rosa Beach opened its doors in June 2023 in close proximity to the iconic Scenic Highway 30A corridor and the area’s pristine white-sand beaches. In addition to its 107 guest suites, the hotel features a pool, a fitness center and a business center.

These Hilton properties are among the five new hotels that St. Joe opened in 2023. The Company’s hotel portfolio now includes 12 hotels with a total of 1,298 rooms.
