SEATTLE, Aug. 20, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Surprise, Ariz. in fall 2025.

The 26,000-square-foot store will be located in Prasada North, a popular shopping center that includes Target and Starbucks. Prasada North is owned and managed by SimonCRE and is ideally located off Loop 303 and Waddell Road.
