Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

3 terms
business combination financial
"completed its previously announced business combination with Columbus Acquisition Corp."
A business combination happens when two or more companies join together to operate as one, like two friends merging their teams into a single group. This is important because it can change how companies grow, compete, and make money, often making them bigger and more powerful in the market.
post-quantum security technical
"trust and post-quantum security must be built into the infrastructure from the outset."
Post-quantum security is the set of methods and standards designed to protect digital information from powerful future computers that use quantum physics. Think of it as upgrading a lock to one that cannot be picked by a new kind of super-advanced burglar; for investors, it matters because failing to adopt these protections can lead to data breaches, regulatory fines, costly system overhauls, and loss of customer trust that can hurt a company’s value.
public key infrastructure (pki) technical
"develops secure semiconductors, public key infrastructure (PKI) and post-quantum security products."
Public key infrastructure (PKI) is a system of digital “locks and keys” that lets computers verify identities and encrypt information so messages, transactions, and documents are authentic and private. For investors, PKI matters because it reduces fraud, protects customer data, and helps companies meet regulatory and cybersecurity requirements—factors that can affect revenue, reputation, and legal risk.

Effective today, October 2, 2026, WISeSat.Space ordinary shares have commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “SAIQ.”

The completion of the transaction establishes WISeSat.Space as a separately listed public company focused on post-quantum-secure satellite communications and Internet of Things connectivity. CAC shareholders approved the business combination at an extraordinary general meeting on September 30, 2026, and the transaction closed on October 1, 2026.

The Nasdaq listing supports WISeSat.Space’s ambition to expand its space infrastructure while leveraging WISeQey’s expertise in cybersecurity, digital identity and secure semiconductors. WISeSat.Space aims to extend trusted connectivity beyond terrestrial networks, enabling connected devices to communicate securely through satellite infrastructure.

Their commitment has helped turn our vision of bringing cybersecurity to space into a growing business.”

Mr. Moreira continued: “As more devices and essential services rely on satellite connectivity, trust and post-quantum security must be built into the infrastructure from the outset. Our ambition is to combine satellite communications with digital identity, secure chips and post-quantum technologies to help protect data from the connected device to the space network. This listing opens a new chapter in advancing that mission.”

Bringing Cybersecurity to Space
WISeSat.Space has deployed satellites into orbit since 2024 and is developing satellite connectivity designed to support secure communications for connected devices, including applications in remote monitoring, logistics, defense, and infrastructure management.
