Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

voice biomarkers medical
"using voice biomarkers"
Measurable features of a person’s speech or voice—such as pitch, tone, rhythm, pauses, loudness and spectral qualities—that automated algorithms extract and analyze to indicate physiological or mental states, or the presence or progression of a medical condition. Voice biomarkers are produced by signal-processing and machine‑learning models that map those acoustic and linguistic features to clinical outcomes; they require clinical validation and, when used for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions, regulatory clearance or approval in many jurisdictions. Their usefulness depends on the quality of the recorded voice, the population used to develop the model, and independent validation for the intended clinical purpose.
web apis technical
"integration with external systems through Web APIs"
Web APIs are programming interfaces that let software systems communicate over the internet by sending and receiving structured requests and responses, typically using HTTP. A web API exposes named endpoints (URLs) that accept requests using methods like GET, POST, PUT or DELETE and return data in formats such as JSON or XML; access is commonly controlled by keys, tokens or other authentication and subject to rules like rate limits and versioning. They provide machine-to-machine access to data and services but are not user interfaces and can change, require credentials, or limit usage according to the provider’s policies.

Agreement Supports Exploration of Technology-Enabled Sports and Well-Being Services, from Initial Internal Deployment to Potential Future Reach to Approximately 70,000 Sports School Members

TOKYO, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LEIFRAS Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: LFS) (the "Company" or "Leifras"), a sports and social business company dedicated to youth sports and community engagement, and a leading operator of children's sports schools and school club activity support businesses in Japan, today announced that it had entered into a basic business agreement (the "Agreement") with PST Inc. ("PST"), a developer of voice biomarker technologies, regarding the use, sale, referral, proposal and sales support of PST's voice analysis platform, VOISLOG®[1]. The Agreement represents a step toward expanding Leifras' technology-enabled service offerings and exploring new business opportunities, by integrating voice analysis into its nationwide sports instruction platform.

VOISLOG® analyzes voice characteristics to visualize changes in an individual's physical and mental condition, offering a potential tool for well-being support. Under this initiative, Leifras plans to first introduce VOISLOG® to its employees, with the aim of helping them recognize day-to-day changes in their condition and supporting self-care and early support. Based on the operational knowledge gained through this process, Leifras will also consider potential future use of VOISLOG® by approximately 70,688 members across more than 4,500 sports schools operated by the Company in all 47 prefectures of Japan.

From Employees and Instructors to Approximately 70,000 Members: New Sports Experiences and Business Development Using Voice Analysis Technology

Leifras' objective with this initiative extends beyond the introduction of an internal health management system. By combining the Company's nationwide sports instruction platform with PST's technology, which detects changes in condition from short voice samples, Leifras aims to integrate new technology into sports instruction and create new sports experiences and business models.

The Company is planning to develop this initiative in the following three stages:

  • Employees and Instructors

Leifras plans to begin by having employees and instructors use VOISLOG® as a self-care tool to help them recognize changes in their day-to-day condition. Based on the operational knowledge gained, the Company will consider expanding its use to managers, human resources and labor functions, and headquarters functions, including potential applications in human capital management and field operations.

  • Sports School Members

Leveraging the operational knowledge accumulated internally, the Company will consider the potential future use of VOISLOG® by approximately 70,688 sports school members nationwide. Leifras aims to create new customer experiences arising from the combination of sports, voice and data, including environments in which children can recognize changes in their own condition and participate in sports with greater peace of mind.

  • Business Partners

Leveraging its networks in sports, education, and local government, Leifras plans to explore potential new services and business opportunities with VOISLOG®, delivering new sports and well-being services not only to its own members, but also to children throughout Japan and, potentially, internationally.

The Agreement also provides for Leifras, in addition to using VOISLOG®, to act as a distributor and engage in sales, referrals, proposals and sales support. The geographic scope of sales activities under the Agreement covers Japan and other countries worldwide.

PST's Proprietary Voice Analysis Platform "VOISLOG®"

VOISLOG® is a voice analysis platform developed by PST.

PST's technology primarily analyzes the "quality of voice" before spoken content is interpreted, rather than evaluating what is being said, to capture voice characteristics associated with changes in physical and mental condition. This enables changes in condition to be visualized regardless of the language or the content of speech.

PST has conducted joint research with institutions including The University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, Keio University and Yokohama City University, and has established a research and intellectual property portfolio comprising 31 academic papers, 62 international conference presentations, 53 domestic academic conference presentations, 19 Japanese patents and 12 overseas patents, including pending patent applications.[2]

VOISLOG® also supports integration with external systems through Web APIs in addition to its application interface and is designed as a platform that can support future service expansion.
