LivePerson (Nasdaq: LPSN) announced that Ryan Vardeman has joined its Board of Directors, effective October 20, 2025.
Vardeman brings experience in finance, corporate strategy, and investment management with a focus on technology and software. He co-founded Palogic Value Management and previously chaired the board and compensation committee at BSQUARE and served on the board of INTEVAC.
The company and Vardeman both commented that his expertise will support execution of LivePerson's strategy and efforts to build shareholder value.
