Brings three decades of successful homebuilding leadership experience in DFW

DALLAS, Feb. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) ("Landsea Homes" or the "Company"), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, has named local homebuilding veteran Stewart Parker as the new President of the company's Dallas-Fort Worth Division.

Parker joins Landsea Homes after serving as the National Vice President of Homebuilding Operations for Homebound, a residential and commercial construction company. There, he grew homebuilding operations by ten-fold based on revenue and volume, started five new major markets across three states, and oversaw disaster relief projects in Colorado and Florida. He began his career in Dallas, as a Warranty Manager for a major public homebuilder, and for more than 25 years has held senior management positions with national homebuilding companies. He has been responsible for the construction of more than 50,000 homes over the course of his career and has helped homebuilders increase their footprints in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
