QINGDAO, China, Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Maase Inc. (NASDAQ: MAAS) (“MAAS” or the “Company”), an artificial intelligence (“AI”)-centric full-scene digital systems provider and operator, today announced that recently, its subsidiary, Huarong Future (Sichuan) Technology Co., Ltd. (“Huarong Future”), entered into a computing services agreement (the “Agreement”) with Guangzhou Chuangyan Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Guangzhou Chuangyan”). The Agreement has a total contract value of RMB14.76 million and a 12-month term.
Under the Agreement, Huarong Future will provide Guangzhou Chuangyan with 90P-class FP16 computing capacity, together with related technical consulting and support, as well as troubleshooting services for the underlying hardware and system layers of the computing equipment and platform. Guangzhou Chuangyan will pay a monthly computing services fee of RMB1.23 million for 12 months, for a total contract value of RMB14.76 million.
The Agreement defines technical standards for delivery. Under non-sparse computing conditions, the aggregate theoretical peak FP16 half-precision floating-point performance of the computing cluster is required to exceed 90P.
