market surveillance regulatory
"Its issuer-services platform, The Bracket™, provides publicly listed companies with market surveillance"
Market surveillance is the ongoing monitoring of trading activity by regulators, exchanges, or watchdogs to spot unusual patterns, fraud, insider trading, or technical problems that could distort prices. It matters to investors because it helps keep markets fair and reliable—like referees and security cameras at a game—reducing the risk that prices are driven by cheating or errors and protecting confidence, liquidity, and the value of investments.
short selling financial
"activity associated with aggressive selling, short selling, anonymous trading"
An investing strategy where someone borrows shares and sells them now, planning to buy them back later at a lower price to return to the lender, pocketing the difference; if the price rises instead, the borrower loses money. Think of it like borrowing a book to sell today and hoping you can repurchase it cheaper later. Short selling matters because it lets investors bet against overvalued stocks, can add market liquidity and price discovery, but it also increases volatility and carries the risk of large or unlimited losses.

trading analytics technical
"provides publicly listed companies with market surveillance, trading analytics and timely reporting"
Systems and tools that collect, measure and visualize detailed trading data—such as prices, volumes, order flow, execution speed, bid-ask spreads and market depth—to reveal patterns, performance and risks. Like a car’s dashboard or a fitness tracker for market activity, trading analytics turn raw market events into charts, metrics and alerts so investors and traders can understand how securities are trading, evaluate trade execution, spot liquidity or volatility issues, and monitor emerging short-term trends.
