Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

4 terms
psar technical
"all 18 chapters of its Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (“PSAR”)"
Parabolic SAR (often shown as “PSAR”) is a technical analysis indicator that plots dots above or below a security’s price to signal the likely direction of short-term momentum and potential trend reversals. Think of it like a row of buoys that flip position when a boat changes course; traders watch those flips to assess whether a price trend is still intact or may be turning. Investors use it to gauge entry/exit timing and momentum shifts without relying on fundamentals.
construction permit application regulatory
"formal submission of its Construction Permit Application (“CPA”)"
A construction permit application is the formal request a company files with local or regional authorities to get official permission to build, modify, or demolish a physical structure. For investors it matters because approval affects project timing, costs and legal risk—like needing a driver’s license before hitting the road, a permit must be granted before work can proceed, and delays or denials can change expected revenue, asset value and cash flow.
foak technical
"targeted first-of-a-kind (“FOAK”) deployment in 2027"
FOAK stands for "first of a kind" and describes the initial unit or project using a new technology, process, or product that has never been built or operated at scale before. It matters to investors because FOAK items often carry higher costs, slower performance and greater technical or regulatory risk—like buying the prototype car from a new manufacturer—while also offering the potential for lower costs and faster production if follow-on units learn from and improve on the first.
leu technical
"commercially available and non-proliferant fuel LEU"
The leu is the basic unit of money used in Romania and also the name of Moldova’s currency; think of it like the dollar or euro for those countries. For investors, amounts quoted in lei indicate the currency that assets, earnings, or prices are measured in, so exchange-rate moves and local purchasing power directly affect the value of investments when converted to an investor’s home currency.

Delivery of all 18 PSAR chapters for NRC readiness review underscores continued execution across licensing, manufacturing and deployment activities

NEW YORK and PITTSBURGH, Nov. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Terra Innovatum Global N.V. (NASDAQ: NKLR) (“Terra Innovatum” or the “Company”), developer of the SOLO™ Micro-Modular Reactor, today announced that it has now provided all 18 chapters of its Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (“PSAR”) to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (“NRC”) for readiness review.

The milestone follows the Company’s October announcement that 14 of the 18 chapters had been shared with NRC staff and marks another significant step toward formal submission of its Construction Permit Application (“CPA”).

Terra Innovatum continues to advance multiple workstreams, including NRC licensing activities, reactor engineering, component procurement, and manufacturing preparations, supporting its targeted first-of-a-kind (“FOAK”) deployment in 2027. In parallel, the Company is expanding commercial development efforts to engage prospective customers and respond to growing demand for reliable, scalable power.

Importantly, Terra Innovatum believes it already has the capital necessary to fund all remaining activities through its planned FOAK reactor deployment, providing a strong financial foundation for continued execution of its commercialization strategy.

“We continue to execute against the milestones we've established, demonstrating consistent progress toward bringing SOLO™ to market,” said Marco Cherubini, Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Terra Innovatum. “Providing all 18 PSAR chapters to the NRC for readiness review is another important achievement for our team. We are not simply progressing through regulatory milestones. We are building the supply chain, advancing manufacturing readiness and preparing for deployment at the same time. This coordinated approach, together with our fully funded path toward first reactor deployment in 2027, positions Terra Innovatum at the forefront of the microreactor industry’s transition from development to commercialization. We believe SOLO™ will be among the first commercially available next-generation microreactors introduced to the marketplace, addressing the growing demand for reliable, scalable power across AI and data centers, industrial operations, critical infrastructure and healthcare.”

The NRC readiness review is an assessment of the completeness and quality of the Company’s materials ahead of formal CPA submission. Terra Innovatum maintains regular technical interactions with NRC staff and stands ready to address any comments or requests arising during the review process.

“Our engagement with the NRC continues at a constructive and steady pace, supported by regular technical interactions and a focus on a thorough, efficient review process,” said Cesare Frepoli, Ph.D., Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs at Terra Innovatum. “Providing all 18 PSAR chapters represents another important step in our licensing journey, and we look forward to continuing our work with NRC staff as we advance toward formal submission of the Construction Permit Application.”

In parallel, the Company continues to advance engineering, quality assurance and licensing activities in support of the CPA and subsequent stages of SOLO™’s development. These efforts are progressing alongside ongoing component procurement, manufacturing preparations and first-of-a-kind deployment planning, reflecting Terra Innovatum’s integrated approach to bringing SOLO™ to market. Together, these activities reinforce the Company’s commitment to translating its technology into commercially deployable nuclear power solutions, with its first SOLO™ reactor targeted for deployment in 2027.
