The 2026 campaign comprises approximately 1,000–1,500 m of core drilling at Ristimonttu, Unimonttu and Kolmosviuhka, using revised drill azimuths based on a new structural interpretation. Drilling will follow up historic intercepts such as Areva DH1 (11.3 m grading 0.68% U3O8, including 3.7 m at 1.52% U3O8) and surface scintillometer readings up to 65,500 CPS at undrilled trench sites. Riutta lies about 12 km south of the historical Paukanvaara uranium mine and hosts structurally controlled, low-temperature hydrothermal uranium mineralization. The company cautions that historical exploration results have not been independently verified and should not be relied upon.

The best interval from AREVA drill hole DH1 at the Ristimonttu prospect returned 11.3 m grading 0.68% U3O8 from 21.20–32.50 m downhole, including 3.7 m at 1.52% U3O8 between 28.30–32.00 m, with an estimated true thickness of 8.6 m.
Other new intervals include 2.0 m at 0.20% U3O8 (including 0.5 m at 0.66% U3O8) in AE‑7, 0.85 m at 0.094% U3O8 in DH1, and 2.6 m at 0.17% U3O8 in EP038. According to NordX, anomalous copper and silver were locally present, with assays up to 0.45% Cu and 46 g/t Ag in DH1. A QA/QC program using certified standards, blanks and duplicates at CRS Laboratories Oy (ISO/IEC 17025 accredited) returned results within acceptable limits, supporting assay reliability.

NordX Metals (CSE: NRDX, OTCQB: NRDMF) reported initial assay results from early-stage outcrop and boulder sampling at its 100%-owned Norr Döttern, Märrviken and Flistjärn uranium projects in Sweden. At Norr Döttern, 13 analysed samples averaged 687 ppm U3O8, with grades ranging from 6.5 ppm to 2,735.7 ppm U3O8, and one sample also showing anomalous silver and zinc. At Flistjärn, eight rock-chip samples averaged 90.9 ppm U3O8, with a maximum of 442.2 ppm. According to NordX, these results align with historical Swedish government work and will guide Q3 2026 mapping and chip sampling at Norr Döttern, targeting a potential winter 2026–2027 drilling program.
