CALGARY, AB, July 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Nanalysis Scientific Corp. (the "Company" or "Nanalysis") (TSXV: NSCI, FRA: 1N1) announces the Company's Board of Directors has granted 100,000 stock options ("Options") to a director and officer of the Company, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. Each option is exercisable, once vested, to purchase one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") at $0.15 per share for a period of five years from the date of issuance.‎

In addition, the Company granted 100,000 restricted share units ("RSUs") to an officer of the Company, pursuant to the Company's restricted share unit plan  (the "RSU Plan").  Each vested RSU entitles the holder to receive one Common Share. The RSU Plan was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the annual general and special meeting held on September 22, 2025.
