(NASDAQ: ORRF) (the “Company”), today announced that Adam L. Metz has assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the Company, effective June 2, 2026. Mr. Metz succeeds Thomas R. Quinn, Jr., who retired from the Bank and the Company effective June 1, 2026 following 17 years of distinguished leadership. Mr. Metz was also appointed to the Board of Directors of the Bank and the Company.
