(Nasdaq: PECO) (“PECO” or “the Company”), one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of high-quality, grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers, today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) approved a 6.2% increase to the monthly dividend distributions payable October 1, 2026; November 3, 2026; and December 1, 2026 to stockholders of record as of September 15, 2026; October 15, 2026; and November 16, 2026, respectively.
