(Nasdaq: RMCF) (the “Company”, “we”, or “RMCF”), America’s Chocolatier™ and a leading franchiser of a premium chocolate and confectionary retail store concept, today announced that it intends to file a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the Securities and Exchange Commission with regard to its annual report on Form 10-K (the “Fiscal 2025 10-K”) for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2025. The Form 12b-25 will allow the Company an automatic extension of 15 additional calendar days to file the Fiscal 2025 10-K, which is due on May 29, 2025.
