Question: What are the end goals of Seven Arts? Is it to build value to sell off it off or merge into another company?
Answer: The Company's current goals are to continue to increase its film and music portfolio and develop infrastructure to support those industries. Seven Arts does not have current plans to merge with another company, but if such an offer were in the interest of shareholders, we could consider it.
Question: Has construction on the Dolby Atmos studio finished yet?
Answer: Construction is not yet completed. The Company is working through a lengthy permit process to bring the project into the final phases.
Question: Any update on recovering missing royalties from assets you own?
Answer: The Company has recently recovered assets and distribution agreement rights on two films. We are also in touch with attorneys from Warner trying to recover music assets as well.
