Recent Company History

Over recent months, SOLAI has shifted toward personal AI and digital infrastructure, highlighted by the Solode Neo launch and Q1 US$7.9M revenue with narrowing losses. It also received an NYSE notice for sub-US$50M market cap and equity, underscoring listing risk. The earlier agreement to acquire 51% of NEURALAND via a US$9.18M share exchange drove a 5.09% gain, and today’s news confirms closing of that same transaction.

american depositary share financial
"corresponding to US$0.79 per American Depositary Share ("ADS")"
An American Depositary Share (ADS) is a U.S.-listed certificate that represents a specified number of shares in a foreign company, held by a custodian bank; it works like a receipt that allows U.S. investors to buy and trade foreign equity on American exchanges without dealing with another country’s markets. Investors care because ADSs make foreign stocks easier to access, improve liquidity and settlement in dollars, and can affect dividend payments, voting rights and regulatory oversight compared with buying the underlying foreign shares directly.
regulation s regulatory
"offshore transactions in reliance on Regulation S under the Securities Act"
Regulation S is a set of rules that allows companies to sell securities (like shares or bonds) to investors outside the United States without having to follow all U.S. securities laws. It matters because it makes it easier for companies to raise money from international investors while still complying with U.S. regulations.
par value financial
"Class A ordinary shares, par value US$0.00005 per share"
Par value is the fixed amount printed on a bond or stock that represents its original value when issued. It’s like the face value of a coin or bill—what the issuer promises to pay back or the starting price of a stock—though it often doesn’t change with market prices. It matters because it helps determine certain financial details, like how much the company will pay back at maturity.
