OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares Inc., at a meeting held on January 15, 2025, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share, an increase of $0.01 from 2024 quarterly dividends, payable on March 14, 2025, to holders of record as of the close of business on February 21, 2025.
