OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares Inc., at a meeting held on July 16, 2025, in recognition of the bank’s 43rd year in business, declared a special cash dividend of $0.43 per share in lieu of the normal quarterly dividend, payable on September 30, 2025, to holders of record as of the close of business on September 9, 2025.

Summit Bancshares, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SMAL) is the parent company of Summit Bank.
