Summit Bancshares, Inc. Announces Special Cash Dividend

OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares Inc., at a meeting held on April 16, 2025, in recognition of the bank’s 43rd year in business, declared special cash dividend of $0.43 per share in lieu of the normal quarterly dividend, payable on June 30, 2025, to holders of record as of the close of business on June 9, 2025.
