OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares Inc., at a meeting held on January 17, 2024, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share, an increase of $0.01 from 2023 quarterly dividends, payable on March 15, 2024, to holders of record as of the close of business on February 23, 2024.
