OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares Inc., at a meeting held on April 19, 2023, declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on June 15, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 25, 2023.
