On October 6, 2025, the Company entered into a definitive agreement, which is subject to Tornado shareholder approval and other approvals, with The Toro Company whereby a subsidiary of The Toro Company will acquire all of the outstanding Class "A" common shares of the Company in an all cash transaction for CAD
