The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program is a year-long virtual experience offering women practical tools, resources, and community to help make meaningful progress toward professional or personal goals

FRAMINGHAM, Mass., Sept. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Marshalls (NYSE: TJX) is launching year two of The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program: a year-long, fully virtual experience that gives women more of the resources they need to unlock the good stuff in their lives – from personal growth to professional achievement. With applications now open, the program builds on its inaugural-year success by continuing to provide women access to curated programming, group mentorship from inspiring experts and role models, peer-driven accountability, practical support and a one-time grant to help them take action and achieve their goals.

In continued partnership with the global professional and personal education and networking platform, Luminary, The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program provides a group of 40 women one year of access to:

  • Live virtual sessions with group mentorship from experts, like New York Times bestselling author and CEO & founder of the financial equity phenomenon, Your Rich BFF, Vivian Tu, and Emmy Award winning E! News co-host and host of the LadyGang podcast, Keltie Knight
  • Six peer coaching sessions (via "Luminary Cru" groups) offering shared accountability and support
  • A one-time $5,000 grant designed to help participants invest in personal or professional development goals
  • Full access to Luminary Collective PLUS: a membership that includes 25+ monthly virtual events, tools, networking, and coworking spaces nationwide

Launched in 2024, The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program reflects Marshalls' ongoing commitment to helping to close the access gap – the lack of tools, resources and community that too often hold women back. This initiative was inspired by Marshalls-commissioned research,* which revealed that one in three women say they lack access to the resources they need to get more out of their lives, and 34% say they don't even know where to begin.

"At Marshalls, we believe that when women have access to the right support, their potential can flourish," says Sonya Cosentini, Vice President, Brand Marketing, Marshalls. "The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program is our commitment to helping to break down the barriers that women often face—whether financial, personal, or structural—so they can pursue their goals with confidence. We're proud to carry on this journey in year two by continuing a powerful program that champions women — whether charting new paths, advancing careers, or redefining what's possible."

Participants from the inaugural class are already reporting that the program is having meaningful impact on their journey, often citing the combination of structure, a grant, and community as transformative. In a survey that participants answered mid-way through the program,** 95% said  they feel they are making progress toward their goals. From launching businesses and scaling tutoring programs, to becoming more confident in everyday situations and experiencing a creative reset, Marshalls has helped these women turn ambition into action. Now, Marshalls is inviting the next group of 40 women to take that step forward to turn their goals into reality by applying for this immersive opportunity.

Applications for The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program are open now through October 14 at 11:59 p.m. EST at MarshallsGoodStuffAcceleratorProgram.com. Participants are selected in early December, with the program running from January 2026 to December 2026.

*Marshalls conducted an online survey, from 7/25/2024 to 8/6/2024, of 2,000 US residents who identify as women, aged 18-54.
