(TSXV: TVC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce, further to its press release dated July 24, 2025, that it has formally extended the maturity date of the secured convertible promissory note dated July 25, 2023 (the "Promissory Note") from Selma House LLC ("Selma") to July 24, 2026.
