Tower Resources (OTCQB:TWRFF, TSXV:TWR) reported ongoing drilling at its Rabbit North gold property near Kamloops, B.C. The 2,000–3,000 m program is infilling a 400 m gap between the Thunder North and Blue Sky zones at 50 m spacing and continues to intersect wide pyritized, orogenic-style zones.

Additional holes will also test a possible western extension of the Thunder zone, including a replacement hole 50 m east of unfinished Hole 073. The technical information was reviewed and approved by Qualified Person Stuart Averill, P.Geo.

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 25, 2026) - Tower Resources Ltd. (TSXV: TWR) ("Tower" or the "Company") is pleased to report that drilling is progressing well and continuing to intersect wide pyritized zones typical of the Company's orogenic gold discoveries on the Rabbit North property near Kamloops, B.C. (see Fig. 1).

Thunder North - Blue Sky Gap

As previously announced (see June 3, 2026 press release), the main objective of the present 2000 to 3000 m drilling program is to infill, at 50 m spacing, the eastern half of the remaining 400-m-long untested gap between the promising Thunder North and Blue Sky gold zones.

The gap area is underlain by Nicola volcaniclastic rocks, and the Thunder - Blue Sky gold trend, which is characterized by shear deformation and quartz-feldspar porphyry (QFP) dyke injection accompanied by hydrothermal bleaching and quartz-sericite-pyrite (QSP) alteration, appears to more coherent in the current drill holes (see Fig. 2) than in the Blue Sky discovery area to the east where the volcanic rocks are intruded by the dioritic Durand Stock (see Fig. 1).

These shear zones are roughly coincident with more recent graben fault valleys that have been infilled by Chilcotin basalt flows. The yellow stars mark the locations of the main Au intersections in the initial discovery holes on the gold zones. Areas targeted in the current drill program are highlighted.

Other Targets

Another objective is to test for a possible western extension of the Thunder zone, the fault-offset western tip of Thunder North. The planned extension of December's unfinished Hole 073 to obtain a deeper intersection of Thunder North was reconsidered because the drill could not re-enter the hole. A replacement hole has been added 50 m to the east.

FAQ

What drilling progress did Tower Resources (TWRFF) announce at Rabbit North on June 25, 2026?

Tower Resources reported that drilling at Rabbit North is progressing and continuing to intersect wide pyritized zones typical of its orogenic gold discoveries. According to Tower Resources, the current program is actively testing key structures between the Thunder North and Blue Sky gold zones.

What is the main objective of Tower Resources' 2026 drilling program at Rabbit North (TWRFF)?

The primary objective is to infill the eastern half of a 400 m untested gap between the Thunder North and Blue Sky gold zones. According to Tower Resources, holes are spaced at 50 m to better define the continuity of the gold-bearing structural trend.

How many metres is Tower Resources planning to drill in the Thunder North–Blue Sky gap at Rabbit North?

Tower Resources plans a 2,000 to 3,000 metre drilling program focused mainly on the Thunder North–Blue Sky gap. According to Tower Resources, this work targets Nicola volcaniclastic rocks and structurally controlled quartz-feldspar porphyry dykes with quartz-sericite-pyrite alteration.

What geological features is Tower Resources intersecting in the Rabbit North drilling program?

Drilling is intersecting wide pyritized zones, sheared and bleached quartz-feldspar porphyry, and silicified, pyritized ash tuff. According to Tower Resources, these features match the style of its orogenic gold discoveries along the Thunder North–Blue Sky structural trend at Rabbit North.

What additional targets is Tower Resources testing at Rabbit North besides the Thunder North–Blue Sky gap?

Tower Resources is also testing for a possible western extension of the Thunder zone, interpreted as a fault-offset tip of Thunder North. According to Tower Resources, a new replacement hole has been added 50 m east of unfinished Hole 073 to obtain a deeper intersection.

Who is the Qualified Person for Tower Resources' Rabbit North drilling results?

The Qualified Person is Stuart Averill, P.Geo., a director of Tower Resources. According to Tower Resources, he reviewed and approved the technical content related to the Rabbit North drilling program in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 requirements for mineral projects.
